Delivery Information

Shipping Times:

All of our items are handmade and made to order. Domestic (US) orders ship within 5-10 business days. International orders may take 1-2 weeks before shipping.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:
Due to the fact all our items are custom made when ordered we are not currently able to offer refunds. However, we want to do our best to be sure you are satisfied with your order so please contact us if you have a problem so we can work to fix it.

Customs and Import Taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs, tariffs or other import fees and taxes.  We have no control over and are not responsible for customs delays.

Digital Downloads:
File will be available in your account on our website when payment is processed.  If you pay using PayPal the download may be immediately available after your order is completed.  However, if you pay using a credit card (without using PayPal) your order has to manually be processed so please allow up to 24-48 hours for your order to process.  You can then login to your account and go into your invoice to download your file.
